Tried to log into voip.ms to see if my account needed more money and it rejected its own security code a bunch of times and locked my account. Tried to get support so hit the chat button. It does nothing. Use the form and it cycles through verifying I'm human. Worked before. I wonder if they've done a big AI switch recently. I've noticed the support line becomes unavailable when AI is in charge.
