@Veza85UE@eupolicy.social Interesting point about Europe being self-critical, though mansplaining feminism to Judith Butler is wild. Zizek often reminds me that multiple and sometimes conflicting/clashing perspectives can be held at once and that immediate acceptance or dismissal might be premature (or overdue, depending).

@Furthering@convo.casa Would l rather have a lady philosopher be the Aristotle of the EuroRepublic? Oh, hell yes. Unfortunately, Ágnes Heller didn't live long enough for it, so now I'm stuck with the group chat comparing me to the eurosmurf. (The "not to get all Stalinist, buuut..." moment was uncomfortably close to home, I'll admit it.)
