It's really cool how they can instantly hike up prices based on theoretical future shortages, but once the shortages don't materialize and oil prices go back down, they get to slow roll the price reduction over months to continue overcharging.

Worse is what they've done to food prices. There is no scarcity and the supply chains have mostly if not fully recovered since then. Inflation is still high and still rising and that's the excuse they use but when under a magnifying lens it's obvious that they're just overcharging people because people are stupid enough to keep paying. McDonalds is a good example of this in action. They're in a constant state of price discovery since COVID because people won't stop buying their slop at higher and higher prices in spite of the of cost to make their products staying about the same. They'll say it's 'inflation' to anyone who notices but it's actually just price gouging dumb ass goycattle who can't stop themselves.
