@isabel@akko.isabelroses.com would be cool do a randomised double-blind placebo-controlled test. the control arm uses what, ubuntu ? then some other arms use gentoo and nixos, def need arch in there. outcomes are measured through qualitative surveys and also shell and file edit history, so we can see what they tried to do and where they failed/succeeded. i still think most people would be better off starting with a more simple distro.
