"you can't enforce this policy because you can't tell what is generated by an llm" well, there are many policies you cannot enforce that are implicit in free software. free software already relies on a lot of goodwill. for example, you can't check whether someone is contributing code on company time or is copy-pasting this from a private codebase you just do a best effort, and you trust contributors not to violate your boundaries of course, since when did techbros ever care about boundaries or consent? 🙄
