I'm an old fart who grew up watching (and loving) #StarTrek #NextGen and the other Rick Berman shows #DS9, #Voyager, and #Enterprise … and I gotta say: #StarfleetAcademy is the first post-Berman reboot of the franchise I truly enjoyed. Its creators returned to Gene Roddenberry's optimistic vision of the future as infinite diversity in infinite combinations. #IDIC 🖖
Well done! I feel quite sad about its premature cancellation. 😢

@kernpanik It's precisely because its "optimistic vision of the future as infinite diversity in infinite combinations" that they cancelled it, the new bosses cannot have people be sympathetic, empathetic and enlightened (shown a better way to live) so, it got the axe.

@kernpanik yeah, Season 1 was a lot of fun. I'm happy there's one more season, but really sad that it ends so early.
