I'd like to add something: since I've just turned 35, my PrEP doctor told me I should start thinking about doing a first prostate check in the next 5 years, because of the hormonal changes that cause the increasing of chances of prostate enlargement, so if something is out of the ordinary, it can be investigated early.

@cairobraga You're welcome 🙃 It sounds like you have an extremely knowledgable doctor there. Do take their advice! Early intervention is the key with prostate cancer, whether surgical/radiological/pharmaceutical.
