There is a debriefing for each battle too, letting you know how you did, and sometimes giving a hint of what is coming in the next battle. The briefings and debriefings knit the action together into a story. #barrenplanet #ibmpc #msdos #cga

Some battles have strategic victory points that you need to occupy in order to win. In other battles it's just straight annihilation, where you need to destroy all the enemy units.
