For Signal on IOS, it should be set not to show contact/content on notifications. On Android I believe it is local and okay to show that info.

If you’re on a goofle device, then there’s absolutely no chance it’s local. None whatsoever. Iphones aren’t better BTW, but at least android has degoofed ROMs where the content can actually be private.
