@jackemled @deborahh @Mer__edith Aye, I like the pin reminder feature as well, but it *would* be interesting to know if Signal have done explicit UX research on that key question of whether or not regular users readily make the distinction between the app's reminder prompt and deceptive messages written to resemble that prompt. If such research *hasn't* been done, it's an opportunity to investigate whether that feature is working as intended, as well as ways that it could potentially be improved

@ancoghlan @deborahh @Mer__edith That's a good point. You would think that people would be able to tell the difference between something on the home screen of the app & a message in a conversation, but the end user does not always think the same way you do.
