It’s been a year since the UKSC's ruling accelerated the rollback of UK trans rights
It’s been a difficult year, but it’s also been a year of fighting back & it’s working
We just forced the Gov't to admit the EHRC’s transphobic draft guidance got it wrong,
The Gov't plan to bring an updated version back to Parl't in May
Make sure every MP holds Bridget Phillipson to account
We need to make sure this new draft is workable, inclusive & fair

NB This draft is sitting on Bridget Phillipson's desk awaiting her signature, once signed it will be laid before Parl't, if it isn't rejected in it's entirety within 40 days it becomes law throughout the UK There's been no public consultation on this new draft AFAIK not one trans person was involved The new draft is being held back until AFTER the May elections, you can draw your own conclusions from this, but if the draft didn't adversely affect trans people, I believe they'd show it to us
