@notjustbikes yeah, it has really changed how at least I use those trains. Maybe because I work near that exit from Odenplan and live so I transfer from the ring-LRT near the other end of the joint section. i.e. I can take all the trains, so during rush hour it's like every 4 minutes. Better than the service on the metro branch where I grew up.
