Should (or does) Mastodon have a way to define one's reply expectations and ground rules within the reply interface flow?
A way I envision such a thing could work is that on one's first mention/reply/dm to an account, if it has a post designated as its first-interaction-notice, one sees that in a dialog. It can be dismissed once or permanently for this version of the notice
Thus accounts may choose to set expectations in the user experience flow rather than in profile, pinned post, or whatnot

Such a thing could also have a server-level default for accounts hosted on an instance I suppose 🤔 A notice you receive before interacting with anyone for the first time that could impart various policy or cybywy wisdom as a service to all parties - both those on that instance and those seeking to communicate with them
