@dogposting yeah... kids have been kidnapped by people they met on roblox... it's happened multiple times now. it's weird how parents are giving literal babies phones now. I wasn't supposed to use the internet unsupervised until I was older and even then I was always reminded to be careful and never tell people my real name and stuff.

@dogposting I'll answer from personal experience: peer pressure and fear of dealing with tantrums. All their friends have it. It's a social game. With playing outside having become dangerous, and the general exhaustion of life, screens have become a "safe" option. They are not* and we are working hard on mitigating the damage with partial success. * the danger to social skills, concentration and general life skills is much greater than that of sexual predation. #AMA
