@keepandroidopen Just reported Google to UK's Competition and Markets Authority. We're a de-googled business (as much as you can be), we intentionally remove any tracking of our customers who don't consent us to collecting data just to buy a bag of coffee. We're lucky enough to come from a generation (90s) where the internet was good (it really was) and this philosophy of being able to go about life without every private enterprise spying is one of our core values. Personally I always use F-Droid on android devices and have done for many years and choose their apps before those on Google's Play Store. The changes Google want to force developers in to will make the web worse and give Google even more power is egregious. If you care about the internet being good and the devices you own should be yours to use how you want, go to https://keepandroidopen.org and follow their suggestions.
