I think that mostly happens because it's a hard job and because people need money to live. If they didn't they wouldn't need more pay

If it's so enjoyable, why don't they do it as a hobby and have a different paying job? To be clear, I think the answer is obviously that, to most people, it's *not* that enjoyable.
