@julianlawson It was originally screened in August of '88. I saw it about a month later. It's a distinctly American Christmas movie what with the glorification of gunplay, mass shooting, assorted graphic violence, while completely ignoring the whole gay, liberal, pinko commie "peace on Earth and goodwill towards men" bullshit.
