@w__h_ I mean, it does exist, but... the procedure for proposing emoji is very open.
LONG AND PAINFUL, but open.
Mind you, the emoji subcomittee of the Unicode Consortium has set the criteria for inclusion, which is critical.
They are, in fact, Big Emoji. 😛 😂

@tphinney Yes… and the fact that a very large number of emoji proposals are successfully made by a small number of individuals… Big Emoji
