@Mara Other reasons include: It's generally useful to know at least one language that is lower-level than C# (which is the language I have the most experience with). I'm transfem and I have to follow in the traditions of my people. I want to go to RustWeek but not as some bozo who doesn't know anything about the language, plus allegedly RustWeek is gonna be gayer than Congress.
