okay one final gripe: placing the keyboard shortcuts in the »customize« dialogue which is in "tools" and not as its own entry in the global menu right next to the preferences (or at least as a section in the preferences) is insane! Who thought "uh yea the tab in the ominous »customize« dialogue from the »tools« menu is a great placement where everyone looking for »keyboard shortcuts« will find them intuitively" bonkers
