@root I started doing a compositing-two-images-together thing in Krita before realizing it would be way less cursed to do it in SVG and use actual paths and clipping paths instead of like, hard-edged gradients with inherit alpha. So that could be one reason! But if it's like, the entire SVG is just a PNG slapped in there? Yeah, no point.
