Any Aspergillus researchers around here? I'm not one, but I'm giving a talk on BRC-Analytics/Galaxy next month and would like to replicate an analysis in a recent paper. Can somebody point to a recent paper that might be well known in the community that involved sequencing (like variant calling/pop gen, RNASeq/transcriptomics/differential expression, etc)?
