While most such small objects will just burn upon entering earth atmosphere This means that the moon is constantly bombarded. That is why some of the larger craters don't seem to yet have any smaller craters in them I don't think we have bombs that can make something as powerful as even the smallest craters on the moon Yeah. very deep underground might work.
