@philipkristians Maybe I didn't fully get it. While the recruiter isn't writing code, sourcing exceptional backend engineers requires a high degree of technical literacy. A recruiter who doesn't understand the nuances of your stack will struggle to vet or even attract top-tier talent. To find 'exceptional' people, you need someone who can speak their language – otherwise, the engineering team will end up doing the heavy lifting of filtering out unqualified leads anyway.
