@johnzajac No one is going remind anyone "hey we made an agreement", they'll just ignore that Iran has already closed the Hormuz again or if someone calls it to their attention in a way they can't ignore, they'll petulantly start bombing again. I understand the propaganda value of saying that they did see and sign off on something with this in it, but it doesn't mean they "knew" anything.
