To be fair, Kim Jong Un could easily an order, what he thinks is a limited response to South Korea fucking around, which they've been doing, which would lead to a somewhat automatic chain of events that could end all life on Earth in nuclear hellfire. And this all could happen in less than 30 minutes.

And Putin could nuke Ukraine or invade Eastern Europe, leading to nuclear hellfire. Russia is without a doubt a bigger and more realistic threat compared to NK.

Putin has already done that and the chain of events are rolling. Which have lead to currently around 1 million dead Europeans, and counting.
