Agreed. Most orgs don’t have a serious demand for their computers anyway just web clients to SaaS products. So Chromebooks and Google suite. Windows and cloud AD and Office 365. All Mac. Honestly work find with the biggest goal being lowest hurdle for support. Windows had that locked down especially with vendors support zero config support where they will ship a laptop ready to go. It’s always super painful where those orgs then want to do anything serious on a server, cause yeah none of what I said is optimized for a decent server experience.

Only if they have local infrastructure, a lot of businesses are just using m365 and joining to their MS tenancy. Although I will say, the use of Windows servers are due to supporting applications that are written for MS and not Linux or BSD.

I’ve never worried in a shop that uses Windows s screen. That’s insane.
