especially with the education discount flooding supply, there might be an endless supply of these for $50 in about 2036. and in 2036 the hardware should be able to be repaired almost no sweat. the only problem would be running code on the Apple CPU.

it is wild to me how small laptop chips have gotten (CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard all in the pic)
