It's incredibly obvious they were stupidly overvalued. actual generally successful shoe shops don't see that sort of value, and it's also obvious to anyone not on drugs that sustainable anything is not a mass market success story (unless they also magically manage to be cheaper than the alternatives). So, no, it's another pump and dump.
