If I need to read a manual on how to unsubscribe from a service I shall never again join it. Even had to remove my credit card info because it wouldn't let me cancel my subscription without beeing subscribed! My last payment did't go through, reminding me of the concurrent billing as well. Therefor it would have booked another payment just so I could unsubscribe in the UI. Eff that.
