@niconiconi @Baa The solution is key-addressed overlay networks. IPv4 & IPv6 are a routing layer, not an a transport layer you can reasonably use directly. In comparison, IPv4 address is either CGNAT or pooled. My "dynamic" IPv4 did not change for the entirety of my contract with my last two ISPs. (It changed on contract and remained stable the entire time. Through hours long/half-day power outages, even.) So that's also not meaningfully useful for privacy.
