@TonyaMarie I had that a few days ago, quite unexpectedly. Spent the entire day hiding in bed. It's awful. I'm sorry. I hope you feel better soon.

@TonyaMarie my comrade in the revolution, I have SO MUCH EMPATHY. I was absolutely BRAIN FULL OF BEEZ most of yesterday. And then I finally settled down, got a few things done, made a simple dinner and went splat early, and had a relatively effective and bee-free day today. Thank you for letting me know I'm not the only one!

@TonyaMarie Happens more often than I'd like. Sometimes it's "just a migraine," but other times it's just like a lithium battery running out of juice (suddenly without much warning). It also turns out that low iron stores have a pretty significant impact to how frequently this happens (in my case) and it is surprisingly difficult to remedy for some folks. #actuallyAutistic #burnout

@TonyaMarie Every day for...two years (?!) now. Given that I thought it was depression until discovering my status as auDHD, at least I've been better able to address it for ~18 months of that time. :bear_hugs:
