@Paul_Taylor@mathstodon.xyz Running my own email here as well, using my ISP for outbound relay, relying on their reverse-dns and reputation (which has had issues, but it's been good for a couple of years now). Mostly works well, but I've got one user with Outlook client, and i get DMARC reports from Enterprise Outlook *often*. I get spf pass, but dkim fail. Suspect it is on every mail that goes that route. 🧵

    @Paul_Taylor@mathstodon.xyz I've noticed that mail submission from the Outlook-client *in this house* is coming from a Microsoft IPv6-adress, so the client is not connecting to my server directly. I suspect something is being weirdly marked or maybe even "fixed" on the way from Outlook-client->Enterprise Outlook->my server->relay->recipient-Enterprise-Outlook. Yes, that is going from our house to microsoft to my server to microsoft before arriving at the next town over. Gmail recipients work just fine.
