half the issue is in my mind doing paperwork is pointless and stupid and thus it doesn't get prioritised over actually hard things like "my day job" and "having a house again"... but then you take a look at the calendar and whoops, that email has been waiting for my input for 2 months now, fuck

"in order for you to process your referral please provide the following details": all this shit is stuff you could have asked the Welsh Gender Service for. why do I need to be involved? they won't even take blood results that I provide myself from my notes; they want them on headed paper, which makes my role in this utterly silly
