huh, looks like it’s not the just hobbyist rocket engineers tearing gopros down to the pcb’s and strapping them onto rockets…
(most hobbyists don’t pay defense contractors to do it for them though)

@ErinRose gopros, raspberry pis, etc are cheap and available COTS. I'm sure a ton of them have found their way into orbit one way or another.
