This is why any 'war on drugs' is laughable. The High Society loves to stay high no matter the price.

Funny. I was thinking about this very thing today. About five years ago this investor started buying up property around where I work. The excuse was to set up some event venues. Has forward to present time and it is revealed all this property is going to be part of huge stadium project. So I was questioning how this individual might have known that at the time. It had to be insider information.
