I ways get a little emotional about libraries, in a good way, I spent souch of my childhood in them. But I can't become a member of our local ones because the security they hire are anti-Black. It was the same in Winnipeg where the security at the main library were anti-Indigenous. So it's not the library or library staff but it's the extetnal companies they hire to do door security. Which neatly absolves them from any direct responsibility.
