Maybe I don't want to run grated cheese/scratch bread on a cast iron with butter...I just want to stick slices of cheese in bread and close the lid...

I didn't know grilled cheese made in a sandwich iron got the proprietary eponym of "Breville" in the UK. Thank you, Talkie the Toaster. I should've known that! "White Hole" aired in 91! I probably didn't watch it until the 00s!
