Energy giant Drax pulls out of UK climate plan. So no carbon capture (which is dubious outside a lab at best). Ever since 2014 Drax has promised eventually it would be green and that it's fuel is truly sustainable (it isn't according to investigative reporting). So now not likely to reduce carbon output.
