There are mixed species couples in Zootopia tho. They just weren’t in the foreground. The two neighbors you hear through Judy’s apartment walls are mixed species and gay. The stigma isn’t mixing species; it’s mixing carnivore and prey animals. The second movie also shows non-sapient animals exist so they are likely eating meat (and milk) from regular, non anthro animals.
