.. but most are client-side. They can rerank your existing timeline, but can't make #recommendations from outside your follower bubble.

4/X Client-side #algorithms mean: ❌ No real improvement to content discovery across the #Fediverse. ❌ Interesting content from smaller accounts may never reach you. They simply rearrange whats already in your reach. We need server-side #recommendations to actually distribute content effectively.
