Isn’t it perfectly normal to wear a tattered blue napkin as a skirt, as long as you’re wearing thigh-high socks?

Honestly I would be less weirded out if she was just wearing a tank top and panties with thigh highs. The skirt actually makes it worse and somehow more horny.
