#StarTrek #StarTrekVoyager Warp 3?? Look if you don't want Voyager to take the tourist road, at least allow them Warp 6. Oo At this point, in the place of Kathryn I would say "you know what, I think we'll just go around... Three month isn't worse the trouble." The other stipulation are kinda suspicious but also understandable. But the speed limit? It make it seems like they want Voyager to be seen, which is shady as heck.
