Back when I did larp and especially on summer camp, we had the "gm bunker" - a group of tents where gm og npc's was planning, plotting, getting dressed and briefed, and hang out when not in play. And in front of it a table where we took turns being 'on plot duty'. Basically a place where players could always come and ask off game questions and get help. I miss plot duty. It was so much fun, unpredictable, and a great way to interact with players. #larp #roleplay
