@ianwalker@toot.wales So you're saying the timing and context of an intervention matter more than the specific technique? That makes sense-trying to change a habit when someone's routine is already in flux.

@hannaB Hmm -they're all important, but timing can be crucial. Put it this way: I might utterly change your mind about how long your showers should be, but if tomorrow morning you step into your usual shower and - as most people do - go into autopilot and execute your routine shower, the change of mind hasn't done anything
