@anders @Paul_Taylor I would suggest that it is not as arbitrary as you think, having run mail services since 1985 I've become fairly qualified in this arena.

@nanook @Paul_Taylor@mathstodon.xyz If it is not arbitrary, I was thinking if it would be possible to use some EU legislation against the big companies for abusing their monopoly. Perhaps a @noybeu@mastodon.social case?
