@Bruce I'll tell you what's going wrong today. I can't access my online Social Security account. Guess why? If you guessed that it's because of my phone number change you'd be correct. I updated my number with Social Security, but they don't have the ability to change the phone numbers for online accounts.

@technolass @Bruce If you have a log in gov account for logging in. You can delete and recreate. that is what I'm doing.
