I'm quite happy with German bread culture (a dark whole-grain rye bread becomes my number one craving after a week abroad), but there's one area that's really lacking in Germany: white bread. There exists white bread, but it's really tasteless and boring. I've yet to taste a good baguette in Germany. So I decided to try to make my own. 4 hours later, I'm quite happy with the result. #baking #bread #baguette
