I don't have epilepsy nor do I personally know anyone with epilepsy (at least not that's been mentioned), and I strongly believe that more movies, concerts, anything with any sort of visual effects need to have proper flash warnings, and it needs to be visibly for at least 10 seconds prior to the flashing beginning. I've seen many videos on YouTube and Instagram that have bright pulsating colors without any sort of flash warning, and if they do, it's in the description, which most often isn't visible when you scroll to a video. I also believe that reoccurring events or theme/water parks should have more sensory friendly days, where music isn't loud, lights are off, for those who have any sort of sensory issue, whether it be epilepsy, autism, or even just an increased sensitivity to things.
