I can just go tell 'em "go ahead and let your coding agent write it for you so you can see for yourself why." It's either they see my point or they see nothing, in which case I can fully say they're creating just another web app with a generic design that screams Vibe Code™ you'll be better off buying a Wordpress template instead.
